Product Description

Sambo was the nickname of Samuel Sherman, a highly influential figure in London fashion through the 1950's and 1960's.

Here's a lovely example of a 60's cocktail dress in purple linen with a central flower motif front and back.

Size label inside says an optimistic size 12 with 35" bust, 37" hips so actually more 8/10.

Excellent condition, very light wear and fade to the linen.

£42 inc UK postage
