Lovely large retro print by Adams.
Showing a rainy scene in possibly a Mediterranean town, these would have mass produced and sold on the high street though the 50's, 60's and 70's.
Generally the background is printed with the artist (or at least an artist) overpainting details in oil to give the print the look and feel of a full oil painting.
A sticker on the back often helps, but not in this case sadly!
