Product Description

Beautiful Nathan sideboard in blond wood, beech or possibly oak.

Art deco styling, the wood used and the very early Nathan badge make me think 1930's/1940's.  Certainly early 1950's at the latest.

We have a mid/late 1950's Nathan catalogue on our blog with a different badge and very different style.

This is in the highboard style with a removeable backpiece, 2 storage areas/bookshelves with a central drop down drawer.

The main cabinet has two drawers (one with half green baize cutlery area -quite worn) and 2 generous storage cabinets underneath with shelves.

Lovely, and very unusual,  curved handles to drawers and cupboard doors. Much more 20's/30's in style than 1950's.

Overall in very good condition, all solid with no scratches or marks other than 60 plus years of careful use.

122cm wide, 47cm deep and 126cm at highest point.
