Product Description

A truly stunning lamp from the German company Peill und Putzler.

Circa 1970's, Peill and Putzler folded at the turn of the century so we've been unable to get a specific date.

It's the largest version of the Lido lamp at 55cm high and, rather than the more common plain glass, it has the rare marble style streak which gives the lamp a much warmer feel

Very solid and heavy, this is one solid piece of glass with a single bulb at the top of the 'mushroom'

Often mistaken for the Artimede onfale lamp produced around the same time.  The onfale was never produced in this size or with the marbleling.

Excellent condition, 2 small chips on the inside of the base and a small 4cm scratch to the rear of the lamp, both pictured.

£495 inc UK courier. May be pricey to post safely abroad.  If the automatic pricing seems too much, feel free to give us a call on 01423 709941.
