Classic Parker Knoll armchair, manufactured from beech in the 1960's and still solid today.
As is usually the case, the upholstery hasn't lasted as well as the frame so we've recovered the chair in this gorgeous vintage batik, bought in Indonesia in the 1970's.
The green zig-zag pattern, very unusual for batik, goes perfectly with the shape and size of the chair, bringing it right up to date but keeping Parker Knolls solid manufacture.
