Ercol lounge chair, designed in the 1960s by Lucien Ercolani and made in solid English Beech to the usual Erol standards.
The wood is in great shape but we've redone the webbing and reupholstered the seat in a vintage red worsted material and made an oversized cushion for back support. We're very happy with the result, having the cushion instead of the full back rest gives the needed comfort but shows off the classic Ercol back spokes beautifully.
This shape is generally labelled as the 203 which Ercol made from 1953 to 1983 but this one, according to the slightly different dimensions, is most likely the 204.
