Designed in 1960 by Vico Magistretti for Cassina, the Carimate chair is regarded as a mid-century classic.
This version was produced circa 1970's and probably sold through Habitat in the UK.
Solid beech with reed seats, really stylish in their simplicity, combining rustic and modern in a super functional way
This is a rare opportunity to purchase 8 chairs inc two armchair carvers
Condition overall is very good, 3 seats show signs of historic repairs to the reeds, as pictured, but theres no gaps or unsafe areas. Several of the chair backs and legs have light signs of use. We've given these areas a coat of oil to bring them back to life.
